2)「鬆一口氣」
一位資深治療師會引導你做一個身心鬆弛的練習。
3)「心晴日記」
這日記讓你記錄每一天的心情,令你更了解自己心情的變化。與此同時,這日記運用「正向心理學」的慨念,鼓勵你用文字、音樂及相片去記錄每天令你開心的人和事。
4)「處理壓力基本法」
資深臨床心理學家及精神科醫生為你提供處理壓力的各種貼士。

鬆一口氣個語音太快

鬆一口氣個女人講得太快,快到好似講急口令咁,根本快到聽唔到佢講咩,每講完一句話好快就講另一句野,幾乎無停頓,完全跟唔切佢嘅指示,好似急住錄完音,求求其其好快講完就算。
語音音量有時仲時大時細,叫人點放鬆?😠

不能寫日記

覺得有用,但不知為何,寫日記時,打不到字,請改善。謝。
