Thai Bangkok Safari day trip

This is first time for me and my family to use KKday to book this one day trip. First of all, the driver planned ahead and notified me his car number and meeting time a day in advance. He is on time and driving skill is safe and comfortable. He is knowledgeable about the area and knowing how to run the day efficiently despite it was Saturday and full of people. He was proactively taking picture for me and my family. He is kind and attention to details. We enjoyed the trip a lot. We definitely will book his service again when we come to Thailand. The driver’s name called Kitti with car #4842.

Poor customer service, unacceptable user experience

I purchased a day trip for my tour, paid it, the email said they will update me in two days, however after a week I still havent gotten any update, cannot contact the customer service, cannot find the hot line number, and forced to install this app to try to reach the customer service, horrible experience and will never use kkday ever again, anyone actually read the review please be careful before you purchase anything here, there is a high chance the app did not communicate with the service provider and just take ur money even if theres no more quotas for the service. I have found others also experienced it searching online, which is why I try to leave this review to warn everyone try to use this app.
