Our Home Cleaning Services include,

Professional Service 👍🏻👍🏻

We recently used the lazy app to book a weekly home cleaning service.

My husband and I are just not the best team when it comes to home cleaning and for our marriage to survive in moments like these, it’s best to call in the pro’s.

Miss Chiu texted with me the morning of our first appointment to ensure she came prepared with any tools necessary and I was able to send her photos of our attempted work.

She arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. She even finished early and wanted to be sure that there wasn’t anything else we needed her to do while she was there.

Her job was done efficiently and ms chiu was super professional

The app is just a simple platform for users to connect with cleaners. However I don’t know how the app selects cleaners to work with, because I just had horrible experience with my cleaning service. The cleaner left early, and during her time at my place, she was doing everything at a super slow pace. For 3 hours she did what I can finish in 30 mins, and the results are not satisfactory… For instance, after she cleaned my mirror the watermarks are everywhere. There’s no customer service to address unsatisfactory work because the app developer doesn’t seem associated with the individual cleaner. Anyways lesson learnt, deleted the app, I’m moving to Toby where the cleaners are professionally trained.

BEWARE

The app started 24 “packages” without my consent all with auto renewal function on. Each package says “1 out of 24” or “X out of 24” and to cancel each one costs $350. Would be $350 x 24 just to discontinue the service.
Customer service is basically zero, with auto reply response only on their WhatsApp chat. They totally ignored my repeated request for assistance and the issue still has not been resolved. When finally able to contact a real person by phone, customer service says “this is too high tech for me to help, I am only cs”
Completely unacceptable.
I will be taking further action against this company if the matter is not resolved promptly.
