Like it but can’t get in again
So I use line to play a game but one day I needed it log back in again , so I tried to log back in but it said my password is incorrect, I tried every single one of my passwords but they are still incorrect, so I clicked the I forgot my password button, I typed my gmail but it said that I’m not registered, but I am registered, so I don’t know if it’s a gitch but I really want to log back in again and play my game T^T
Give me my money back
I have paid for multiple stickers and themes and I got suspended for “unknown reasons”???? I was banned during my conversation and my messages weren’t sent out. On the same day that I purchased the stickers and themes and planned to use them, I got banned during the conversation with my friend. Please have a look, this is how Line treats their paid users. I have sent multiple inquiries form and they only replied once. They claimed they will response within 24 hours and they failed to do so. “We looked into the issue and can confirm that your use of some features was suspended due to activity that violates our Terms and Conditions of Use.
For security reasons, we do not provide details about our criteria for determining a violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use, or why the service has been suspended.
Please understand that we are unable to provide any further assistance related to this matter.”
