How to subscribe?

After you created a model user account in MoModel, you can then subscribe to our Top

Model Service at any time. The price of subscription divides into HK$98 for 1-month plan,

HK$288 for 3-months plan and HK$588 for 6-months plan and will be charged on an auto-

recurring basis until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the platform terms.

Revalidation shall begin on the next day of the end date of every subscription, and charge

the same amount from subscription you selected.

After you created a corporate user account in MoModel, you can then subscribe to our

Exclusive Talent Matching Service at any time. The price of subscription divides into HK$288

for 1-month plan, HK$888 for 3-months plan and HK$1,688 for 6-months plan and will be

charged on an auto-recurring basis until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the

platform terms. Revalidation shall begin on the next day of the end date of every

subscription, and charge the same amount from subscription you selected.

What are the benefits?

After you subscribed to the Top Model Service, you will be entitled to unlock 5 functions

including but not limited to 1) be ranking on higher position, 2) obtain 5 star ratings on your

profile, and 3) allow adding up to max. 10 photos and 4) a video on your profile, and 5) to be

promoted on our social media platform.

After you subscribed to the Exclusive Talent Matching Service, you will be entitled to unlock

3 functions: 1) Advanced model search – you could sort list talents by specific criteria i.e.

professional model, name, model id & fresh face etc., to be more precise of finding the

talents you wanted for your campaign. 2) Direct Approach – you are able to directly contact

with talent by email/ phone number as provided. I.e. 1-month VIP plan to be entitled to view

5 model contacts; 3-months VIP plan to be entitled to view 30 model contacts; 6-months VIP

plan to be entitled to view 45 model contacts 3) 7/24 Model Matching Service – after

subscription, you will receive an auto-mail guiding you through the complete procedure of

model booking that provides a hassle-frlee solution for corporate user. We would provide

maximum 10 model details per each event. 1-month VIP Plan to be entitled 1 time matching

service; 3-months VIP Plan to be entitled 3 times matching service; 6-months VIP Plan to be

entitled 6 times matching service.

How to charge?

If you choose to make an in app purchase, you will be prompted to enter details for your

account with the mobile platform you are using (e.g., Apple, Android, etc.) (“your IAP

Account”), and your IAP Account will be charged for the in app purchase in accordance with

the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as the general terms for in app

purchases that apply to your IAP Account.

Notification

The auto-renewable in-app purchase system enables your subscription recurring for 1, 3, or

6 months. Be noticed that no notification to be provided for user before a subscription

expires, however, the apps inside (Your Membership) would clearly state the expiration date

for the plan you subscribed.

Cancellations

Cancellation at Any Time. Except as otherwise stated in this section, you may cancel your

registration or subscription to any Services at any time during the term of such registration

or subscription by accessing the “My Membership” page, clicking on “Cancellation” button

and will providing the instruction requested for cancellation. To manage subscriptions, it’s

simple by going to the user's Account Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is

allowed during active subscription period. MoModel is not responsible for refunding for

subscription already purchased.
