Loving the new coach and mascot mode.

The onscreen overlay controls while offline playback in particular, there can be improvements. The jump back and forward 10secs buttons are too small and not responsive. I would need to click and wait over a second for the videos to react.

While I understand why u darken the whole playback when user interact with the video.. I felt it's not necessary to do it for the whole screen. U can just add a darken shadow on each of the on screen buttons. Darkening the when screen prevent us from watching the game. While offline playback I often jump back and fire and fast forward in diff okay speed. And that shouldn't mean I need to watch the whole game darken 70pct of the time.

App is extremely glitchy and unstable. Every time you exit full screen it’s risking a crash then having to start the game all over and find your place. Also, once the game finishes in real-time if you are watching slightly delayed the app actually kicks you off and is not available for hours until they have “processed” the game. So you watch half a game, jump on a call or go to a meeting, come back and the game is not available anymore until hours later. You can still access the game but the app doesn’t allow you to fast forward or rewind, so you’re basically forced to watch from the beginning again. Annoyingly, they let you fast forward in ten second increments only. By the time they have processed the game hours later you probably already know who won cuz it’s all over mapcial media. Seriously, worst user experience for a professional sports league ever. And if you purchased the app via Apple Store the app sometimes doesn’t even let you log in to your own subscription. Help / support not available at all hours either and not always helpful when they are, just pushing emails back and forth.

Microsoft took over this year and the app went from serviceable to almost worthless on an ipad. The quality is always shocking, when you load up a game, it automatically loads up the highlights and by the time the app decides to let you choose from the full games, you’ve seen or heard half of the game already. The UI is awful and unintuitive, but then again, what was I expecting from a company that makes word and excel?

Truly an awful experience.
