Buggy app

The ads always covers the whole screen all the time, the close button is out of the screen, which make the ads can’t be close in the latest version in iPhone X.

I wouldn’t eat here if you paid me!

We’d booked a table if 8 for 7.45pm. Due to a delay with the lifts (you need to take 2 to get to the restaurant) we arrived at 7.47pm - 3 mins late. We were told that they had given our table away!!! The girl on the front desk was SO RUDE.. you wouldn’t believe it, and basically wouldn’t even engage in a discussion - she just ignored us. We asked to speak to the Manager - when he finally arrived, he was basically no help at all - he basically said ‘tough!’ They didn’t even offer to find us another table later…. Basically we had to go find somewhere else to eat…
Take my advice, don’t even bother booking here - go find yourself somewhere decent to eat, with some customer service. If this is what they’re like on the front desk, God knows what the table service is like!!!

Not able to get my refund

1. I placed an order (takeaway service) in late September and OpenRice claimed that the refund amount has been handled.
2. Then I reached out in the early November as I cannot find the refund transaction in my October statement.
3. After that, OpenRice provided a reference for the refund. However the transaction amount is not even matching mine. ($65 on its image vs $618 my paid amount)

It’s interesting that OpenRice asked me to provide my statement to show the transaction has refunded. But not checking if they refund wrongly or refer to a wrong transaction. Bad👎
