Good to use. But need to be improved

Want refund immediately after purchasing

I am trying to get a refund directly after purchasing and cannot do yet. it was a bit dodgy to begin with as I tried the free version and said that I would have to wait 60 to 90 minutes when I went to dry or I can upgrade to get it in 10 seconds call stop by then opted to upgrade as I thought it might save me time call him having to type in the entire PDF to word. Call after upgrade call set the document off call and it did almost nothing other than a few lines. I have had the app for five minutes and have bought hundreds of apps and only asker for a refund once before, this does not work properly.
