ProCamera. Raw+ Manual Camera 4+

I bought this app a few days ago. I could not initially get it to work on the iPhone Xr. It just froze upon launching. An email to the developer asked me to reduce the font size on iOS 14 and then restart the app. That has fixed all problems and it works great now! Appreciate their helpful fix!

There can be an issue with the first launch in iOS 14 when the system font size is larger than normal; a fix is to make the font size smaller (standard) in iOS Settings, launch ProCamera and then set the font size back to your preferred size. This is a truly excellent pro grade camera app for iOS with two major drawbacks.

When shooting video, there's no selectable different aspect ratios, either with masking on the viewfinder or with a crop directly applied while recording into the saved file .. similar to what Filmic Pro has, this is a must have feature.

Secondly, it seems that the developers are moving away from the one-time purchase plan to only subscription option. For me, subscriptions are a no-go, period. At least, if you do want to move to a subscription model, keep the option of alternatively still offering also a one-time lifetime purchase as you did before. I move away and drop any app that gets stuck into subscription models, no exceptions.

The app itself provides you with video, photo, lowlight, selfie and QR scanner mode, as well as portrait mode and bothie mode on some iPhones models, numerous manual controls, plus an editing section and sharing options, and you will continue to get free updates regularly.
A number of premium features come as a subscription called ProCamera Up. This is optional. Currently ProCamera Up includes Perspective Correction, Exposure Bracketing, Private Lightbox, Food Filters and San Fran filter pack.
