Full subscription but app not working.

I have signed up for yearly subscription and paid HK$473 last November, subscription is confirmed to expire on 25 November 2020. It was working fine for a while and I loved the app.

However, after not using it for 2 months, I discovered many modules are now locked in the app and I am asked to subscribe again when I try to access them.

How do I fix this to gain full access again?

The app improved but yet crippled by new changes.

I am a paid user of this app since many many years ago. It is still one of my favorite app for playing different sounds to make me sleep better. There were no AirPods and now I wear them every night. However, can you please stop changing your app UI all the time? Can you stop renaming the tabs and features? The sounds were changed to mixes and now they are called favorites. Can you remove the sleep tracker prompt in the favourite sounds page? It blocks large portion of the screen. Also, can you stop the current mix when I try out new sound mixes (or whatever they are called now). The sounds mix together and is a huge annoyance.

This is like LITERALLY......................THEE BEST SLEEPING APP EVERRRRR!!!! 🤩🤩🤩😆😆😆 Thank you soooo much Relax Melodies!!!!!!! This app has helped me sooo much BECAUSE at first I always had troubles falling asleep and like keep on sleeping for at least 10 hours but then when I found out this app used it and I would say at first I was pretty impressed with this sleeping app because of the many features but one thing that made me kind of fed up is that there is actually quite a lot of features which it won’t let me to use for example lots of the stories don’t let me listen to them only if I pay for premium membership which the cost is very expensive which also makes me feel sad 😞 ...
