Very good though a bit expensive

Really easy to use and able to capture the old photos with good quality. It is a bit expensive though.

Bad App

Stupid app. I paid for the app but when I use the app, it still said trial. Not very intuitive to use. I suspect this app will charge recurring fee for subscription use. Don’t download it u less you want your account be charged on a regular basis.

Mar 7, 2018 Update: I finally emailed their tech support about this issued mentioned in my original review and one of their support staff responded quickly and fixed the issue for my account. Now it is a paid version! Because of this, giving the review from 1-star to 3-star. 3-star right now because I have not yet tried the functions yet!

June 26, 2018 Update: Used it since last review, not using it much though. So far it’s quite nice so changed from 3 to 4 now!

An absolutely useless Apps

I paid for the Photo Scanner Plus and tried to use it for scanning old photos and put them in jpg format. But whenever I start, one subscription page for a Photomyne account at a fee comes up. This page cannot be removed and blocks me from using the Apps. I cannot even get out unless I press “Activate account” for the Photomyne account!! I have to delete the Apps and re-install it every time. But it keeps going to the Photomyne account subscription page. It appears that I am forced to pay for the Photomyne account.

I only want to use Photo Scanner Plus to scan photos and don’t want a Photomyne account. It appears that I paid for this rubbish Apps which cannot be used. Give me a break!

The Photomyne subscription is completely optional and you should be able to scan and save freely without it with the paid app. You just need to click on skip/x.
