Good results from searches and responsive agents on this app

I’ve used this app in previous years when I was rental apartment-hunting and the results were not as good (meaning the agents or owners of the listings were not as responsive).

This time around was great, probably because it’s a renters market and landlords and agents are putting more effort/hustling to fill their apartments which was great for me.

Almost every single agent I contacted out of probably 2 dozen of listings responded right away and the listings were updated. Only had a few listings that were outdated /already rented but I think only recently which was understandable.

Worst service

Worst service! I purchased your 3-month plan and published my post on 8th April. Then I never got any enquires after that.
Today I felt strange about this so I logged into your system, and I cannot find my published post any more! After some searches I realised it's been cancelled (but there's no information about when it was cancelled at all).
I purchased your service, and put my trust onto your website, but what I got it's my precious time wasted! I only want to find a good tenant for my apartment ASAP, but when I called your customer service, Ms. Angie Yuen was not willing to help at all.
Firstly she insisted that my post was only expired for 10 days, obviously she didn't know that I can see some status data in the system, so she tried to fudge me. But from the record I can see my post was cancelled / expired latest by 19th Apr (instead of some day later).
She didn't showcase the right attitude to apologise and what she kept saying is "I can only re-activate your post and there's nothing else I can do".
If I didn't make this call today, I will never find out my post was cancelled, because there's no email notification about "your post is cancelled" sent to me at all! If this is how you earn money and treat your customer, then all I can do is wish you good luck!

Search listings on the map is very good. I just wish the listings be more updated when the actual property is no longer available. After looking at the pictures more closely, you realise there are many listings referring to the same property. User needs to be aware of this. Only contacting the lister you can be firm about the availability of the property, don’t let the number of listings confuse you. All in all, look at it as a browsing tool, it really helps you to locate the area/building you want to live in if you are renting.
