Bolt: Request a Ride 4+

I like to use Bolt but most of the times the indication of the driver arriving time is much longer than the initial time shown. But overall I like your service.

Possibly one of the worst apps to book a ride. I used this app for the first time when I was in Paris, trying to go to the airport. The lesson is never trust an app that you use for the first time when it is a serious matter! I booked a scheduled ride (5:10 pm) two hours before the pickup time and waited for someone to pick me up. At 5:00 pm, I was told a driver will arrive in 7 minutes. 10 minutes later, the driver still needed 7 minutes to arrive and he did not move at all!! He finally cancelled my booking so I booked another ride! I cannot cancel the ride even if the second driver still did not move at all! I turned to Uber finally and now I am finally on my way to the airport!
It’s ridiculous that the driver accepted the booking but kept canceling! Is there no punishment at all? The support team is just an AI robot. Totally Useless!

My first time using the App yesterday from Heathrow Airport to Windsor. I put the destination wrongly and tried to amend the location at the App before the bad driver arrived, but in vain. When the driver arrived, he tried to do the amendment on my App but not successful. So, he drove me the new destination but request for £25 more in addition to the price shown on the App (£27.9) and told me I could not press “End Trip”. My friend told me the ride should be around £35 in total, so I bargain and paid him £10 cash and thought that the App will charge me £27.9 as shown. However, after the bad driver left, I was charged £38.1 at credit card, not £27.9 cos he, apparently, updated the destination by himself. The result is he dishonestly deceived me £10.

I wrote to customer service but they refused to accept their wrongdoings including only drivers can update the destination. DON’T PAY CASH TO DRIVERS!
