The little things matter

Some small improvements are coming down the track with this update.

We’ve fixed a few bugs that were affecting our app and made some other minor changes.

Amazing

Amazingly good. Downloaded the app, searched and booked train tickets all in less than 5 minutes. Brill!

This app will transfer your details to another website for charging you £15

I used this app for booking tickets and somehow this app will transfer your billing details including your credit card number to a website called "complete saving" and charge you £15 a month without your knowledge! I'm one of the victim of this scam!

Hi there. Complete Savings by Webloyalty is a partner programme that offers members access to a range of discounts and cashback opportunities from hundreds of retailers, including Trainline. Membership is completely optional and you've made a booking, you'll be offered the option to visit the Complete Savings website via a click through banner on our website or app. If you choose to sign up to the scheme, you are asked to manually complete the enrolment form on the Complete Savings site by entering your name, address, email address, and credit or debit card details. Payment rejected without any reasons

if you wanna reach the support to solve the problem, the website is so helpful to help the only people have Transaction ID (12 digits) or collection reference (8 letters/digits). if you people want to buy the ticket but rejected in payment process that technically you are not their customer.
