Super deals, very user friendly, my go to shop for everything
I've only got great things to say about this company- awesome deals, great choices and new stuff everyday. Returns are super easy too. The items don't stick around in your cart though if you're like me and like to mull over your cart for a bit.
極無商業道德的公司
訂購施華洛水晶手鈪2條送給太太，两三個月仍未收到貨品。聯絡查詢時，起初仍有回覆，謂需時了解，之後通知已發貨並希望繼續等待數天。整星期過後，仍無音訊。再三聯繫時，竟連過往的双方聯繫紀錄都删除。根本無法記起訂單號碼，之前亦不會自行截圖儲起資料。當要求他們翻查內部紀錄跟進時，繼續以拖延而不回覆的手法處理。本人最後要求退款，至今近一個勻了，竟然再無任何回覆，對客戶的要求視若無睹，簡直令人氣憤。發二、三百元的成本便看清此公司的差劣手法。尤其請香港人不再再光顧此無良公司了！
