Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery 12+

The game is amazing,

But, there is a concern i have.. I accidentally clicked on the Hufflepuff house, but I wanted to be in Gryffindor! I would really appreciate if you could fix this and make it so you Can change houses, if you’re willing to. Overall, I love the game. And I don’t have any concerns about the energy, because, if there’s a new update that lasts 24h, sometimes, there can be a update where you’re energy will come faster, not in 4mins, but 3mins! 🙂
Also, when I had Samsung, I would leave the app, but it wouldn’t save my progress, now that I’ve changed to the Iphone7, It’s saving my progress! Overall, the app/game is amazing, tho I would like if there were voiceovers for every character in the game.
Voiceovers would make the game better actually (for the ones that don’t read very well) !
I enjoy every single minute of the game!

Please fix this!

I have a bug that keeps ruining my playing experience. Very often,when I go from one room to another,it just crashes and gets me back to my phone’s home screen. For example,today I had a meal with a friend in the Great Hall and then I decided to play Gobstones. I finished the meal,they gave me those points that level up your friendship level,and then I went back to the hall and clicked on the “Play Gobstones” button. The loading screen showed up,and then it went back to my home screen. When I opened the game again,I had to do the whole “Meal with a friend” thing all over again. I thought,okay maybe now it will let me play Gobstones. But no,this kept on happening 4 TIMES IN A ROW! I don’t know if any other players experienced the same problem,but if they did,please fix it. Maybe it’s just that I have an iPhone so it works differently,but I doubt it.

Otherwise,the game is pretty fun except the fact that you can’t really control the story,instead when you’re asked to make a choice,they give you a couple of answers,but the problem is,no matter which one you choose,the story is going to be the same. I wanted to give this game a lower rating,but I just couldn’t considering that it’s Harry Potter themed.

Amazing AND fun!

This game is so fun, without it my life would be even boring. I’ve just become a chaser in Quidditch and I’m almost done with my second year. I like the game very much but there are still few things that need to be corrected I would like there to be voice actors for the characters and make the energy return quicker.
