we have used this app two month long but now we would like to change to another one. We can not edit verry well the period. 4 weeks is not ok, if i receive my money 8th or 9th because the app can not calculate with days - it would be beneficial if the consumer can choose 31 days or 30 days from when i receive my salary till the next one is coming. The month option is not oke as well - i hope you understand what i mean - if you can pay me back the app’s cost it would be really kind! Balazs

Paid for premium then locked the features

I’ve paid for unlimited subscription, for having all the premium features. For a few days it was OK, then all the features were locked again.

Since then I am not able to use what I paid for. Fortunately I have all the digital receipts and reported the application to Apple.

I’ve tried to contact the CoinKeeper Support, waiting for their reply.
