About Acida

Argentine alternative duet Acida was formed by musician/producer and former Soda Stereo keyboardist Tweety González and singer Alina Gandini, who previously worked along with Leo Masliah and Fito Paez. In July of 1999, Acida contributed to tribute album for the Cure, released by Warner Music, with "Apart," soon, and soon participated in a second compilation with Lucio Dalla's "Toda La Vida." After touring Buenos Aires' club scene, Acida recorded its first album in 2001. ~ Drago Bonacich
