The quiet and wise man was the man behind the establishment of Bali Post. He was a true press hero. Being published on the first time on August 16, 1948, Bali Post was name ‘’Suara Indonesia’’.
On its eighteenth birthday, Suara Indonesia changed its name to Suluh Indonesia Bali Edition. Not more than a year, this news paper changed its name to Suluh Marhaen Bali Edition. This changed was to comply with the government regulation that all news papers have to affiliate with political organization. The name was changed again on 1972 to Suara Indonesia.
