This upgrade is a major expansion of the sequencer function that includes additional chord sequences, multiple playback options with improved playback and interface.
You can now practice over II-V-I progressions and selected chords and scales using the key shift option. For example, you can choose the II-V-I progression descending in whole tones to give you the "Cherokee" bridge or the first section of "How High The Moon", or you can just set it to the particular key that you find the most challenging. Alternatively, you could choose a dominant chord and play it continually descending in semitones ("Lover") or round the cycle in all keys ("I Got Rhythm", follow key shift and clockwise after 2 bars). VI-II-V-I will give you "Fly Me to the Moon" or the first four bars of "All the things" in all keys.
