Luv this completely different to how I thought it would sound buy it

Before I bought this I thought, if it's anything like Drawing Blood, I'll love it.
And it was, in fact, it follows almost exactly the same template: starting off with some great, alternative, lyrical tracks and then straying into some VERY alternative tracks, Gotye almost experimenting with the listener, causing us to question what we thinks sounds good in a song and then finally returns to a safer kind of music before winding the album up with something slow and peaceful. This is my favourite album of last your and will be your favourite album this year, fantastic stuff.

Gotye (pronounced "go-ti-yay" or "Gauthier") is the alias of Australian electronic pop trickster Wally de Backer. Born in Belgium and raised in Melbourne, de Backer began making music in his bedroom as a teen, and for several years fronted the rock band Downstares. After the group dissolved, he gravitated toward cut-and-paste electronic music, and in 2003 issued the first Gotye album, Boardface.
