Superficial - Heidi Montag

Catchy pop with great vocal hooks. More is More is an awesome track to work out to. Probably my favorite track after Superficial.I think Heidi is a welcome addition to the pop fraternity.

Marvellous! Much better than I could

Wow. Heidi's self-released, auto-tune heavy debut album is packed with mostly well-written, dancable songs. Although Heidi didn't have a record label's financial backing, "Superficial's" production values are not in the least affected becuase she plowed $2 million of her own money into it. And yes, as I have said, it is auto-tune heavy, but that's only a minor blemish on the cd that gives us stomping dances pieces like "Twisted", "One More Drink" and "More is More". It is not without its low points, however, "I'll Do It" is crammed with cheesy lyrics, and the so-called first single, "Body Language", is excluded for reasons unknown. Overall, an excellent effort. Congrats, Heidi!

Good album, but still needs fine tuning..

I think people give this album a bad name because they just dont like heidi, but it is a real good album, great for in the car, getting ready to go out, partys, although lyrics is this albums big problem, they are either cheesy,or totaly of the rails-
"I've been waiting all week to get high"
"I'm getting lost in this Liquid high!"
"come eat my panties of me!",quiet a hypocritical lyric for a so called devoute christain,And the song superficial is quiet poor lyricaly ,rather a huge brag about her and her success than a good song, and also heidi isnt as bad a singer as people thought, she pulls of a breathy voice in "one more drink" and high pitched vocals in "twisted" and kinda in "more is more",Fair enough this album is auto-tuned and heavily synthized but what wanna be popstar isnt this days?

Apart from all the little flaws above, this album is a good buy and i would recommend to anyone who likes this sort of stuff.
