Was expecting more

This is the biggest con out there. Running on the back if the single is well and good but this should have been The Pull Of The Moon special edition. Wasn't expecting that!

Jamie Lawson

This album is amazing , worth every cent and more. You will fall even more in love with his voice and his talents as a songwriter after this!!Looking forward to the next album already :). This guy is around for the long term :).

Album of the year

Last June I purchased jamie's album The Pull Of The Moon, which was my album of the year for 2010, went to see him in the ruby sessions in November, playing in a small room to about 40 people.
Then in January the whole "wasn't expecting that" thing happened and Mr Lawson finally started getting the recognition he should have been getting for years.
The "new" album Wasn't Expecting That consists mostly of the previous Album with a beautiful full band version of the hit single wasn't expecting that, and 2 new songs, Moving In and Lucy Rocks.
I don't agree with the last reviewer that this should be the special edition of The Pull Of The Moon, i know it only has 3 new songs but the album runs and feels quite different to The Pull Of The Moon. It's probably going to be my album of the year and it's definitely definitely worth buying and getting to know.
Highlights for me besides the new songs have to be The Touch Of Your Hand, The Last Time, Real Thing, A Darkness, Seven, Love You All The Same and the gorgeous North Shore.
You definitely won't regret getting this
