There should be a quick or default option to book the same Carpark for the same time period on the next day… and not the current time. I would imagine I’m not the only person booking in advance

Searching for the Carpark - the app should allow for fat fingers and suggest closest matches.

Payment options - Apple Pay should be an option in the first payment page, you shouldn’t have to click on a card to bring you to a second page to find Apple Pay.

I use this app regularly. The principal issue is that it takes multiple clicks to complete the process. Select location, select vehicle, select duration, select payment type, go to bank, authenticate (rarely works first time), return to app, complete. Far more than comparable apps - ParkingTag for example is 2-3 clicks max once you are first setup.

Another issue is that the “buy again?” feature may seem convenient but it has no ability to change the duration. If you first bought two hours and your meeting runs over, yes you may want to “buy again”, but not another 2 hours - quite often another 1 hour is plenty in that situation- but if you need to make any change whatsoever it resets back to start again, losing any remembered settings.

It’s not a bad app but a simply usability audit could make it so much better.

Does the job but some minor changes would make things easier for users. When selecting the date please have the day of the week also for people who want to book in advance, also for mistakes made you should be able to cancel or change your date/ time which you cannot do. Also when booking it defaults to current time a message flagging this is good also as it is presuming that you are booking there and then which some of us are not.
