The Caffè Nero app is the quickest route to your morning coffee and means you’ll never lose your loyalty card again! Link your debit or credit card for secure and speedy payment, enjoy watching your stamps build on your digital loyalty card, plus earn exclusive rewards along the way.
Scan the QR code in the app and the rest happens automatically… apart from your coffee, which our Baristas will handcraft just the way you like it, as usual.
You can also find your nearest store with our in-app location finder.

Very handy loyalty app.
No problems with this app. Very handy way of building loyalty stamps, without having to bring a card with you, so it’s always on your phone.
Based in Republic of Ireland, I was pleasantly surprised to see I could use the app in North of Ireland to build up loyalty stamps too, not all companies offer this, so I guess it’s probably the same in England, Scotland and Wales.
One thing, you need to check on your “vouchers” section to see when you have filled a card to avail of free drink, it’s not automatic like the Insomnia Coffee app.
As the free coffee can be any size coffee, it means probably around a 10% discount on your overall spend, or more depending on your choice of free coffee.
The app also works when you’re offline, and the stamp is updated when you’re back online .

Can pay with just the app, and you have quick access to all your loyalty stamps as well as any fully stamped ones for free drinks. Competitions are routinely run and give out free stamps and drinks which is awesome 🙂 A must have if you go to Nero with any degree of frequency at all, the app works very well and there’s constantly free stuff to be had.

An excellent app with information you need it not too much and no paper cards to stamp or credit card to present i can’t think how you could make it better! Love the coffee too
