My photo books.

I absolutely love this app. I’ve been with FreePrints for the past few years and I find it brilliant. My friend introduced me to the app and I have recommended it to my other friends and family. It’s a great app and so cheap to print photos and photo books. I have also got fridge magnets and photo stands and I also got a cushion printed of my grandson on FreePrints. The quality of the photos is great and the time that it takes is also very good and they are also so helpful to remind you that the photos are on the way. Thanks so much for your app.

Avoid the T-shirts at all costs!!!

I’ll start by saying that any Photobooks I’ve ordered have been of excellent quality, no issues with the Photobooks.

The T-shirts however are another matter. I’ve ordered 3 in total, all at different times, all of which were of sub standard quality when they arrived.

The first was replaced with no issue once I forwarded photos of the print being off centre and crooked. The second I didn’t complain about as it was Christmas week and I was busy so it was consigned straight to the bin.

The print on the third (received this week) was once again substandard and crooked. As before, I let customer service know immediately and attached photos. I later received a response advising that they needed more pictures of the T shirt from a different angle and forwarded these pics by return. This morning I get yet another request for yet more pictures, this time with the T-shirt stretched out! I’ve sent these but frankly won’t be ordering T-shirts again.

It’s very simple. If a good and consistent customer has an issue, deal with it! Speaking as a customer service manager, it doesn’t help your cause that your cheap-as-chips T-shirts are printed badly and unprofessionally. Look after your customers before you have none left to look after.

The deal items such as magnets and T-Shirts are an attempt to offer more options and custom designs to our customers and we regret this has not worked out for you. The only reason we request more photos is to be able to fully understand and rectify the issue. We apologise if the process seemed tedious to you and assure you we are always trying to offer our customers the best possible solution. Please, do respond to customer care with any specific complaints and requests which have not been handled and the team will do their best to help. We are also hoping you will reconsider your review so it also reflects your experience with the photo books - the main product the app offers. Thank you for your time and consideration.

5 stars for the product quality but not entirely happy

5 stars for the quality of the book, however, there are two issues I have with the app, firstly, why can’t I put more than one of “my deals” products in my checkout? I have designed a book that I want to order for Christmas, that’s ready to go, then I see “my deals” so I go into that have a snoop and decide to make a mug, which I did, I follow the path you give, but then it leads me directly to checkout, instead of add to basket, so why can’t I add more than one product to my basket? Fix that and I’d definitely buy more stuff!

Thank you for your feedback and your support for the app. Currently, it is only possible to add one deal item to your basket, due to their specific production and packaging requirements. We are, of course, considering all options and appreciate your suggestion.
