An HACCP warning and subsequently an HACCP alarm will be triggered as soon as the temperature of a refrigeration unit lies outside the permitted temperature range. The HACCP Food Safety App enables to localize, track and share these alarms with authorized personnel, service providers or with our support centre. Settings and changes are updated automatically and will be transmitted in real time from the App to the Edison Street database. Further actions like the measurement of core temperatures are recorded.
