Super useful
This app is just amazing some other contenders give a free trial and cut off but this one is completely free and what most people will need it for. Premium gives as it is named extra premium perks that if serious most will need but great app and little to no ads popping up 👌
LOVE THIS APP!!!
Honestly this app is the best! So easy to use and just works.
Not complicated at all just does what you need so you can smash out a great workout.
You can set your intervals and times warm up cool down and how many times it should repeat.
I would recommend this to EVERYONE!!

Works great but ads break any rhythm you have.
