Love it but suggest adding stats

I use this app all the time and have hundreds of books but would love to see an easier way of viewing the numbers of books I have and number by same author etc. Think this would be a good enhancement

Worst kindle app EVER!

Dearvs

I was trying to figure out how to download a single book and it was so confusing! It's i still don't know how to get a book! And all i could get were SAMPLES! I think the app should have a guide

Great product, poor implementation

rckeely

While the convenience of reading on the go cannot be overstated, the app falls short when it comes to anything with large numbers of hyperlinks, be it a travel guide or a book with footnotes. Even when you turn the font up to a ridiculously large size, it is nigh on impossible to click on a footnote link. Should you manage this, how are you to find your way back? I often have to resort to scanning back through the text, hardly a workable solution. I find this especially frustrating as I love good footnotes, be it Solyshenitsyn or Terry Pratchett.

Additionally, although I love the ability to use a digital search for technical books, I find that diagrams and maps are almost useless in Kindle books. This is a serious pity, as it seems that it would be relatively straightforward to add better hyperlinking functionality to the app.

Finally, and this is more a criticism of poor quality conversions from the print, some of the layouts in books are abysmal. In the book I'm currently reading, there was 20 pictures between one sentence and the next. The sheer lack of thought that has gone into the layout is frustrating to say the least.

I do love the idea of E-books and have purchased more than 150 titles on my Kindle, I just feel the implementation of the software is poor and could readily be improved.
