Login to new My Vodafone app

So many problems & glitches with this app I don’t even know where to start ... but for starters I wish they would fix the login screen. It takes me about half an hour at least to login in every time. I’m inputting the correct password, it keeps telling me it’s the incorrect password (but it’s definitely not the wrong one). Sometimes it kicks me back or into the old login screen (ie the screen from old My Vodafone app) or it will just keep telling me it’s the incorrect password numerous times. Eventually, and only sometimes, it may finally login me in but this is completely random and sometimes it doesn’t. Most times I lose the will to live and just give up to be honest. Then, on the odd occasion I do actually get into the app, it’s so “un-user” friendly and hard to read and navigate. Also, I can’t find to seem anywhere where I can chat to a customer service rep or a web form to make enquiries. That’s not to say it’s not there. I’m quite tech savvy but I find this app extremely difficult to navigate so it may be there somewhere!! I hope Vodafone read these reviews as there seems to be a consistent theme running through them!


Quite handy dandy, but can do with some improvement.

While I’d say it’s nearly perfect, it can do with some small tweaks. Firstly, there’s an ad banner at the bottom of the screen that gets in the way of telling you how much your pack has left (at least on my iPhone SE anyway). So it’d be great if that can be fixed. And I’d also like to point out that it’d be nice if the UI was a little more nicely made and designed. While it works fine now, I just think it’d be a nice little touch if it was designed a bit more creatively. But on the whole, it does what it says on the tin, but just try spend a few €€€ on making a better. ;-)


Frustrating App

This app is so frustrating. Next to impossible to log in successfully. Keeps saying my password is incorrect, even when I know it’s not. Going through the “I forgot my password” option is even worse. It will let me go through the steps and when it’s finally happy I’m giving it a password strong enough to accept & it tells me the password is now changed- it still tells me it’s wrong when. I try to use new password to log in.
And on the rare occasion it decides my password is correct/ acceptable (same one ) App doesn’t show details of top up deals you’ve opted in to, so just shows credit value of €0, which is pretty useless.
This is just so tiresome to try to use, just not worth the phone space to download !!
