All the Power of Pubble, properly harnessed in the Moderator Dashboard. Questions from the various Pubble apps (Messenger, Live Q&A, Community Q&A, etc.) now have their own channels in the Moderator App.
Canned message: Canned messages allow you to insert pre-defined messages to make typing common responses more efficient. Canned messages can be added in the admin section.
Internal question & Ask as Visitor: You can ask an internal question to all community members, and also ask a question on behalf of another person (ideal for in-store support).
