Terrible app
This app is so frustrating. Takes ages to load a page and then nothing happens.
Try to load my tickets. Takes ages. Then get a message saying try again later. Trying for 5 hours now. Nothing works on it. Click contact and it says to login. Click on login, nothing happens..
The worst app I have encountered
Really disappointed
I have started using this app in the last while and initially all worked well. But... after booking tickets for Elton John and being told the transaction was successful by verified by visa (all through the app) I find out a day later it has not booked the tickets. No notification email or call from ticketmaster, only when I checked my bank records and found nothing had come out. I then had to call ticketmaster and wait on hold over 20 mins to then have a 10 minute conversation to find out there had been an issue with the transaction and I should have got an email but didn’t and there is nothing I can do except book again in far worse seats. Not a great app not a great company but they have the monopoly on everything so I don’t see much changing. Ticketmaster please prove me wrong? I will be contacting your complaints team.
Queuing on two devices same account
Today I was up at 9:00 and was online from 9:30 i joined the Que for Coldplay at 10:00 and at 11:30 I was 1 away and then I have been told a lovely suprise that waiting in that que for 1 hour and a half was no good because I was logged in on two devices in one account. This should be written in the Queue Tips or somewhere visible as I am extremely frustrated now and have been set back over 20,0000! This is not a nice thing for anybody and it just happened to me. I’m so disgusted that after waiting and waiting it gets your hopes it and throws you the WHOLE WAY BACK. Now I don’t see why there is no decent number to place you back in and why it isn’t labelled clearly anywhere and it should be noted to everyone beforehand.
I am truly disappointed and I will definitely not recommend after this experience.
