With this updated version of Ulster Bank Mobile Banking, managing your money on the move is even easier – now you can view and manage your business accounts on the move too.
Manage your business accounts direct from your iPhone! If you are a personal Anytime Internet Banking customer who also has business accounts visible on your personal Anytime Internet Banking profile then you can now manage these business accounts on your iPhone – just as you do with your personal accounts.

HOW TO REGISTER
You need to be a personal Ulster Bank RI Anytime Internet Banking Customer to use the Ulster Bank RI App.
Once you’ve downloaded the App, registering is simple. All you need to hand is your Anytime Internet Banking customer number, debit card and a couple of personal details. Your details will be verified within 24 hours and we’ll send you a text message when you’re all set to go.
Not got a customer number? Get a reminder or sign up for Anytime Internet Banking at www.ulsterbank.ie/anytime
If you have an existing iPhone app we will recognise your mobile number so you don’t need to register again. Simply select option one ‘RBS Group iPhone app’ and log-in using your existing passcode.
If you already have the app for personal use and wish to also view and manage your business accounts on the app, you just need to delete your current app and re-download it
If you’re having trouble with your iPhone app please call the helpdesk on 1800 937 900 (Mon-Fri 08:00 to 21:00 and Sat-Sun 08:00 to 20:00). Calls may be recorded.

You need to have an Ulster Bank RI personal account with a debit card, be over 11 and have a Republic of Ireland mobile number starting with 08 to use this service
Only personal Anytime Internet Banking customers who also have their business accounts visible on their [personal] Anytime Internet Banking profile can manage these business accounts on this service. If you only have business accounts visible on your [business] Anytime Internet Banking profile then you will not be able to use this service to manage these accounts on your iPhone at this time.
The following business account types are available on the App - Corporate Current Account, Business Current Account, Business Reserve Account, 30 Day Business Reserve, Solicitors Reserve Account, Special Interest Bearing Account, Bonus Access Account, Liquidity Select Account, Liquidity Manager Account, 7 Day Liquidity Manager Account, 30 Day Liquidity Manager Account.
The following business account types are not available on the App - Commercial Cards, Business Loans, Treasury Deposit accounts.

Easy to use
This is a simple but great app. Ulster Bank have finally got something right, after all the mayhem they were involved in. This app is easy to use and effective, keeping track of your account, allowing you to pay your debts and pay your deeds in one simple stroke of your finger. Security is reasonable but you'll have your phone security to back it up (hopefully). I use it all the time now & only need to log in to the Internet version to pay money overseas. Well done Ulster Bank you've done your homework & listened to what the public wanted!
Lovin the app
Very easy to use. I've access to all my accounts and credit card. I can see my statements too which is really handy as I'm on a tight budget what with all that's going on. I can also make transfers and payments at the touch of a few buttons. They've a feature which even lets u access cash from an ATM even if you've no cash card which in fairness is well cool.
Excellent app and easy to use.
One feature that should be added is when you double click the home button, the ulster bank app should blur when in the multitask manager for privacy.
