I am really tired of re-typing messages that I started, and then Viber just blows up. (And heats up my phone so I could fry eggs).

Viber started having notifications issues
I really like Viber but it started crashing recently. On new iOS16 I’ve now randomly receive notifications from Viber - most time I’m not receiving them, especially from a narrow group of friends only. I don’t know what is going on but I’m pretty sure that I have correct settings enabled in Viber and in iOS settings. And it worked well before! If you can please fix it 🙏 Notifications are the most important thing for communicators.
I have reinstalled app several times. It happens on different Wi-Fi’s or 4G, it doesn’t matter.
My friends tell me that when they send a message, they see only one tick, before I open an app.
Also macOS version is also having some bug. Otherwise Viber is a great app. I like the slick and simple UI. Although I don’t like Explore/news section (they makes me anxious 😕). Also it would be great if you could create a Web version of Viber (like WhatsApp). For example I could use it at work on my work desktop (because I can’t install apps on it, I’m only able to use web based services)

Useless
I wanted to use Viber to make rare calls to my employer when I’m sick, cause they don’t take mails or slack chats as a way of signaling an abscence, but why would you ask for a phone number to create an account ? Why can’t I use a mail to create my account ? I think it’s a big missed opportunity for you and me, people who don’t need a sim could use your app to call landlines but you limit your own app functionality, where you could juste allow to create account with mail, but you probably didn’t think about this scenario, I have wifi everywhere I’m and paying for a SIM card is so useless and money thrown out, you won’t change it fast enough for me to care but if you want more money consider my proposition which shouldn’t take long to change. I’ll try and use AI to create an app just for myself, but might cost more than buying a sim 😩🙃
