Great help in stressful times

I love this app, so many wonderful teachers, music, and bells & gongs for silent practice.

I'd give a 5 but it is a little hard to navigate around, good be more intuitive. Especially the bells on the silent practice. I don't use the 'social media' aspect at all, although it is nice to know that there are so many other meditators all over the world.

On the nights when sleep won't come, on the days when remembering to be compassionate is a struggle and when balance is elusive - this app really helps. Thanks to everyone who contributes to it - it is loving kindness in action.
