About The Band Perry

The Band Perry was formed in 2005 as a three-piece family country group, but their sound later evolved into pop. ∙ Their 2010 self-titled debut went Platinum and had five high-charting singles, including “If I Die Young,” which went seven-times Platinum on its own. ∙ In 2011, they won Top New Artist honors from the Academy of Country Music and were named New Artist of the Year by the Country Music Association. ∙ Pioneer, the band’s 2013 sophomore release, produced the double-Platinum-certified single “Better Dig Two” and reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. ∙ “Gentle On My Mind” received a Grammy in 2015 for Best Country Duo/Group performance. ∙ The single “Live Forever” was selected as the official theme song of the 2018 Winter Olympics. ∙ After enlisting music legend Rick Rubin to produce, The Band Perry released their EP Coordinates in 2018 on their own label ARTRAT.
