The Everybodyfields

About The Everybodyfields

The Everybodyfields, centered on the singing and songwriting duo of Jill Andrews and Sam Quinn, hail from the birthplace of country music, the hills of eastern Tennessee. But while the duo is rooted in both the first generation country of the Carter Family and the later sound of Dolly Parton, they're also closely affiliated with contemporaries like Gillian Welch and Kathleen Edwards in the unsentimental directness of their lyrics and the indie grit of their records. The Everybodyfields made their debut with 2004's HALFWAY THERE: ELECTRICITY AND THE SOUTH, followed by 2005's PLAGUE OF DREAMS and 2007's NOTHING IS OKAY.
