Bernadette Céard atá istigh sa phuimcín‪?‬

This book for young readers is written in Gaeilge/Irish using photographs, video, audio, text, and interactive sound buttons.  The book was written by James O'Connor, a native Irish speaker from Spiddal, Galway.  This series of children's books came about because James wanted to teach his young daughter the Irish language. In Céard atá istigh sa phuimcín?, a curious little girl named Bernadette discovers what is inside a pumpkin.  The book has an Irish-English glossary and includes literacy based learning activities to help make learning Irish fun for all ages.

This book was reviewed by an editor credited by the Séala Creidiúnaithe d'Eagarthóirí,  a Foras na Gaeilge accreditation system for editors in the Irish language.
