L.C. v. State

In each of these parental rights termination cases, the appellants counsel has filed a brief similar to an Anders brief. See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Although we generally handle these types of matters by minute orders, we have chosen to publish this opinion to guide members of the Bar in representing indigent appellants in parental rights termination cases. See State v. Clayton, 639 P.2d 168, 169 (Utah 1981).
