Deservedly popular podcast - as simple as that!

great

I love this show, if I was to be honest it took 3 podcasts to get me laughing but thats just because of their style. Their songwars segment gave me the idea to make one for an ex girlfriend who I wanted back but lived abroad. It worked (ok not just the song but it definitely helped) and I have been with her since.. I always put this on when I want to be cheered up, it is funny download it.

Buxom & Cornfish, at their best.

This series of podcasts features the filetted highlights of Adam & Joe's BBC 6 Music show (Saturdays 09.00 - 12.00) Being a fan of The Adam & Joe Show during it's reign from 1996 to 2001 I had always hoped that these two national treasures of pop culture parody would someday find themselves back in a Friday night Channel 4 type tv slot. But instead - and much to the delight of their long term fans - they have graced our compu-web with two series of XFM podcasts, a collection of Youtube vids to fill our visual void and this series of 6 Music podcasts. But there's plenty here for the novice Ad & Joe listener too; Song Wars, Text The Nation, some serious celebrity name dropping, fantastic links and jingles and even a visit from Bond bohemath SIR ROGER MOORE! The series also serves as a testament to just how well the duo's self-styled alternative comedy has held up over the years and proves that you're never to old to be silly or stupid - in fact it's a winning formula. STEPHEN! ...Just coming!
