Great stuff!

I‘m a final year medical student and hope to pursue a career in EM so I find this podcast very helpful. However, even if you have little interest in EM this will still be of use to you as many topics that every doc needs to know about are discussed e.g. MI, syncope, dyspnoea. I hope he keeps up the good work.
