Caroline is so relatable and provides useful techniques

Caroline is so relatable and speaks in an informal manner, it’s like sitting down with a friend. In the books, and now in the podcast, she talks honestly and openly about her own story and how her own struggles have brought her to where she is now (bonus she has a best selling book out of it!). She provides useful techniques and mechanisms, cuts through the noise around mental health and the stigma around certain disorders or panic attacks. I would recommend this podcast to anyone struggling or anyone who doesn’t understand panic or the various forms, it will help to talk.

Phenomenal Podcast on Anxiety

This is the best, most down to earth and practical podcast on anxiety I have listened to. It is so refreshing to hear stories from people who have experienced anxiety in its various manifestations which helps to normalize it. If you don’t want to feel alone in your experience of anxiety, listen to his podcast. You’re likely to binge listen to the whole thing and be dying for the next episode to be released!
