Fails to perform the most simple task
From some reason the only way to contact the bank is via this app. It won’t allow me to send photos, says that there’s an error and when I try to paste text it somehow thinks that I use some irregular letters. It fails with the most basic and simple task of sending text and photos. If I could I would rate it below one star.
Horrible app
Get stuck all the times, can’t send requests when I need to. Had to use my iPad to finally make it work.
This is an ridiculous way to contact the bank for serious business!!
