I paid someone claiming to have a tourist office through my visa for a trip to Trabzon on August 21st. He promised to send me the tickets for the reservation yesterday, but until now, I haven't received the tickets, even though the payments appear in my bank account under the name of your company, edreams. I hope to cancel the payment because I haven't received the tickets yet, and the person who paid with my visa is not answering calls.

Passport expiration date
When I tried to check-in for my flight from Tel-Aviv to Vienna using this app it shows a red warning that my Israeli passport should be at least 6 months valid (although my passport was valid for 6 months +1 day) and just didn't let me proceed with check-in. Could you imagine how stressed I was at that moment realising that my trip is ruined. Have to mention I planned to travel with my little daughter who was waiting for this flight for so long! Then I went to the airline official website and checked-in without any problems. Nor airline nor Austrian border control said anything about my passport expiry date. But still I was very nervous all the way until crossed the border. Later I checked the official Austrian website for passport expiry rules - 3 months. That’s it.
Why don’t the developers of this app mind their own business and don't misinform users??
Horrible service
I made a purchase, no confirmation email was received. The chat is a bot only, which directs me to the page to retrieve the flight information, but the page search doesn’t work. In order to talk to an agent I need a reference number which I don’t have, because they didn’t send an email and the website or app don’t allow to retrieve it. I am walking in circles trying to find my booking for hours now, in addition I chose to try their Prime, and I have no idea how to manage it since my profile says “no booking”, the email is not registered and so on. The money was taken, I checked with my credit card company. Very disappointed.
