Please dont travel on KKaveri travels
I will share my bad experience first
I have booked a ticket from Goa to Hyd via Kkaveri travels which is almost 14 hrs journey. Unfortunately the experience was so weird with these travels that we had to travel almost 24 hrs because of the drivers in the bus.! The drivers of the bus doesnt know the route itseems and taking help of the passengers to pass through the route. Will point my disastrous experience with KKAVERI travels:
1. Bus was intially 2 hrs late to the depot
2. Drivers are so casual and very harsh to the passengers (unfortunately one was even wearing Bhavani Mala and also talking nonsense)
3. They dont know the route and taking help of google maps and fellow passengers
4. They have stopped for 2 hrs for dinner at mid night 1 am
5. Taking through the village roads so that they might get money from other areas to travel to Hyd
Note: Beacause of their casual approach, we suffered by applying leave to the offices, no food and water available, no tine to have our nature calls.

Post which I have updated the same to abhi bus team through “twitter” and I got the full refund because of the Kkaveri travels. Abhi bus team, thank you but you need to be careful while chosing your partners. Please remove kkaveri travels from your dashboard if possible.
Not at all happy with AbhiBus support
My biggest mistake was trusting AbhiBus services on date of 26th DeCember I booked a ticket in urgency to the Hyderabad in the gender mentionejing they are using images instead of F&M Coloumns. Unfortunately my booking happened in the F Gender after reaching the pickup location they are not allowing me to travel in the bus and I requested services provider for any alternate seat change but they are not agreeing and not onboarded me on the bus and they are saying check with the AbhiBus and later I contacted AbhiBus customer support they are saying it’s not possible to cancel and can’t refund my money. And I requested them that I am not travelling in the bus and you are asking me to pay for the ticket. Which made me to feel too bad for their response. This is clearly cheating and they are sending the ticket confirmation by SMS and which in that it is not mentioned the gender. It is only mentioned in the mail. That who is depending on the SMS communication it is not at all communicated in the SMS. I am really disappointed with AbhiBus services. That’s the reason I am deleting this app from my device and also suggesting my friends not to use AbhiBus app. My money and my plan for the next day was completely ruined by AbhiBus. Pls guys don’t use this app.
Worst Experience and Pathetic Service
I am writing thing review after a year, after facing bad experience from Abhi Bus team.
I had booked tickets for my family from Bangalore to Rameshwaram. Going was good but while returning back our bus timing was 8PM. But to our surprise the bus timing was 7PM. The driver tried to reach us, but coz we where in temple our phone was silent. Once we reached room and checked out to our surprise the bus had left the city. But thanks to driver he made arrangements in a different bus for us to reach a near by destination where he waited for us.
We immediately got in touch with Abhi Bus customer care and for more surprise they don’t even know the proper timing of bus. They said we will reach you back but no one bother to ask did we got a bus or a call on any arrangements done. Once I reached I tried connecting with them, but no response on this. It’s been a year and they are not even concerned about their customer who missed the bus at night in a different city. They are only to make money. So pathetic. I wish I could have given no starts. They don’t even deserve a start from me.
