Good app but can be better

Many aspects of the app are nice like the brushes and drawing experience. Many aspects are quite confusing though, and i wish the tutorials were more detailed.
Hopefully i can get help for these if they are already there -
1. While colouring the sketches, i am unable to draw it on a layer beneath it even though i see a layer option. I had to draw it on the same layer as the sketch, even though it show separately.
2. Transform tool - I can only seem to do that when i make a copy - but both the copies seems to be on one layer, like merged together.
3. Lastly it would be great for this app to have just motion tween. That would make this app great.
