At asista, we constantly endeavour to enhance User Experience, and as a step forward in this endeavour we are happy to launch our iOS App for asista. At this point the iOS App is for the use of asista users only. From now on asista iOS mobile users will be able to use Asista on the move without the hassle of waiting to get access to a PC to manage their tickets.
Some of the iOS App features include:
- Create new tickets
- Update Ticket State
- Add comments to ticket
- View Assets
- Update profile
- View Knowledge Base Articles
1. Redesigned the profile page.
2. 'About' included in profile page.
3. Tenant name is displayed in title bar.
4. Ticket list now includes 'last updated date and time'.
5. Use the 'My Ticket' to go back to the top of the ticket list in-between scrolling.
The following are the problems fixed:
1. Progress bar and error message displayed together.
