Could not see any video played on my iPhone

I have downloaded as per the instructions. And when i click play, nothing is played. It just shows the option "Remove the Local Video" on bottom.
I Tried with both High Quality and Low Quality Video, but all gone waste. nothing is playable. Seems some error/bug with the application

Very low quality of the videos

Maybe lessons were good, but it was hardly watchable due to low resolution media.
