Wonderful experience and the most hospitable and warm staff

The hotel room was extremely clean with all amenities when we arrived. We stayed there for 4 days. The staff was so friendly and helpful that words can’t describe it. The breakfast had a decent variety catering to everyone. Our stay was extremely comfortable and the staff went beyond their call of duty to help us. We reached hotel very late and asked them if they could cook something for us. The restaurant was almost closed but they got us chicken sandwich real quick. They didn’t have to do it but they did. Also, I misplaced my perfume and informed them I couldn’t locate it. They were prompt and help me find it in my luggage. Despite the fact I misplaced it, they didn’t blame us as it could have been taken as we accusing them of stealing. Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay has been with them.

Excellent hosts

Mr/Mrs Max are excellent hosts. Very hospitable and genuinely caring and warm people. Overall we had a good experience. However just before the check out, another guest staying in the same property in Room # 3 created some nuisance. She was very rude towards the owners of the property and unnecessarily screaming. She seemed to be high and angry due to some reason of her own. I observed her also fighting with her partner in her room. We overheard her screaming later in the night and early in the morning too. Anyway, we wish her happiness, peace and love.

Wishing Mr/Mrs Max tons of good fortune, I strongly recommend this property to all who wish to visit Inverness.

Worst customer experience

Such an screwup booking site I have ever come across. I made an booking through this site on 7th October 2022 also paid for the same and received the confirmation mail to my email id regarding the confirmation, but when I visited the property to check in. We were informed by the property owner that the rooms are all filled after receiving all such confirmation emails I in fact even canceled the booking after all this happened and tried reaching out to the customer service over the app mentioning whatever the concern was and also tried connecting over call, which is the worst part because, when you try connecting over call they have got the recording to communicate with the customer which says to enter the confirmation number and when I do the same as I was requested to, the recording again begins from the start and I was never connected to an agent I even dropped an email and haven’t received any response yet
