Worst customer service

I have never experienced such a horrible customer service. After booking if you meet any problem then be ready for a horrible experience.

I had to reschedule my flight and they provided me flight with much higher price and longer duration even though flight with almost same price as last booking and lesser duration was available. When asked over email to schedule the one with lower duration and lower price, they said that its not available even thought it was easily visible on carrier’s website. Took a lot of effort and time to get the flight rescheduled. Later return flight was not visible through PNR provided so I asked why is that the case and for 5 days when I followed up they just kept saying every day that they we will get back to me in 24 hrs. At the end I had to just give up on them. If you value your time and money don’t book from Bravofly.

Horrible/ atrocious

I have had the worst experience in my life from Bravofly. My flight got rescheduled on way to Europe. I applied for thè cancellation of the flight but it took them days to confirm the cancellation. These stupid guys are not even sure that my one way flight got cancelled too. To every query their answer would be like may be / could be/ most likely as if it’s a magic 8 ball. I wasn’t even sure that my bookings are cancelled or still in the way. I has to do double bookings. Pathetic . This app should be shut down. This app is a scam. I contacted the airlines, there was never any booking by my name.

Worst experience

Never book from them, they don’t have proper communication platforms. I would give them Zero after my previous experience. Booked a ticket, during payment their website glitched and amount has been debited. I tried to contact them but they nothing but IVRs and no email aswell. I’ve waited for 24 hours thinking they would send me acknowledgment email, or else my money would be refunded, but none they’ve not sent me any email so I’ve booked ticket from different website. Now after 1 day they sent me email of ticket and they say they cant do anything but cancel
